‘LOVE IN ACTION’ is a 5-piece streetwear collection that incorporates inspiration from World War II uniforms, battledress, and infantry equipment, and conveys it through progressive, forward-thinking streetwear silhouettes.
Each piece has been inspired by historical workwear details, from HBT coveralls that aircraft mechanics wore, to the infantry equipment and assault vests that were worn in the field. The functional aspects of these workwear pieces create the foundations of ‘LOVE IN ACTION’.
The colour palette, inspired by camouflage and pacifism art, sets the tone for the collection.
Layering staples and progressive designs, inspired by designer Raeburn, encompass the streetwear element of my collection, and ‘WE ARE THE FUTURE’ as a label.
