Ideaschool’s end of year festival for 2023, Altered Spaces, is a showcase of student work across visual arts, design, fashion, screen production and music, ranging from certificate level 3 through to honours at level 8.

Music | Get ready for a night of exciting new music, created and performed by our hard working and talented music students. Alt pop, electronica, hip-hop, contemporary bossa and 80’s infused pop -rock – our students will serenade you with a diverse range of genres, proving that the future of the NZ music industry is in good hands. This showcase celebrates these aspiring musicians and is a perfect evening for whānau, friends and anyone looking to discover fresh, new talent.
Fashion | Here it is folks… the fashion event of the year. Come and join us at our fabulous end of year fashion. An amazing variety of garments featuring different silhouettes, styles and sizes will be modelled on the catwalk with all garments being designed and produced by the students of the NZ Diploma in Fashion and the Bachelor of Creative Practice Fashion. You’ll also have the chance to meet these designers and talk to them about their creations following the show. Not to be missed.
Design | On the evening of Friday, November 24th, we invite you to witness the exceptional craftsmanship of our budding design talents at EIT | Te Pūkenga. This captivating showcase is the result of three years of dedication and creativity from our design students, spanning various disciplines including graphic, spatial, product, and digital design, among others.
This event is not just a celebration of their hard work; it’s an opportunity to spotlight the burgeoning design talent right here in Te Matau-a-Māui Hawke’s Bay.
